This is why I love having Cobb and Perrin in my neighborhood. I trust them and like their professionalism with no people with social disorders repping their shop like they are some hot ****. MAP you seem pretty similar to them and I would trust you over someone with a little man complex any day.

Except there is something visibly off. 500 rpm in spool is just unbelievable. There is no little man syndrome here. |

U want to send me a pair.
I will have precision tuning take off my killer b header and install this one. I will even pay to have them do the labor and dyno it WITHOUT a re-tune to see real world results. 2017 STI with Full bolts on, including Cobb 20G turbo. Makes 360awhp and 350awtq on 20psi, 93 octane. If your header makes more power then my killer b without sacrificing spool then I will buy it, period. |

I appreciate you reaching out sir. Let's see what Jr's results are, and we can go from there. I am assuming they have a car with KB's to do back to back testing on, but I will keep you in mind!

i have two cars i want to compare it to. stock fbo vf48 15 sti and also a built fp black car. both running two bolt killerb headers. i rather compare both side of the spectrum. if it gains on both, ill have a great new option to offer customers, if not ill let you know and you can then send the header to whoever else you like to try it. best bet is you take if any criticism we have at all and apply it to it and improve on the design, then we all win. |

If you send me a free one, I'll test it before/after on my relatively stock (stock turbo) 2017 STi

Lol Agency Power aka vividracing the most criminal, conniving aftermarket company still in existence
I would also love to be a candidate as an independent tester for these headers. I'll get IAG to put them on the dyno and run it on my modified set up and compared it to my trusty GTSpec EL headers that I've logged 110k miles on If they produce awesome results, I will channel my inner Mormon and spread the praises from the highest of mountains to the lowest of lands - via the interwebs. Here is my setup http://www.iwsti.com/forums/gr-membe...000-miles.html (my name comes up as a google suggestion ) Last edited by user1029; 02-14-2017 at 11:20 PM. |

Really appreciate that guys. I must say man, I truly don't see how a simple manifold can gain 70whp over another aftermarket manifold either. Most people barely get that with a bolt on upgrade turbo. I think Leo was excited that a "Subaru Specialist" was willing to do some back to back testing with our header. But I can totally see there may be more to the eye than what I am witnessing. Like I said earlier, we are NOT looking for biased or favored opinions. We believe getting these in the hands of other shops and tuners, that we can get great feedback on the quality, fitment, and how it performs. That's pretty much it

Oh man, this is a beautiful thread for laughing.
First it's a bogus test/data. Second, AP as the best on the market??!! Third, the armchair engineers in here claiming who's copying who and what designs are better. Anyone comparing this to a Perrin 4-2-1 or a KB 4-1 is apparently clueless in header design criteria. I'm looking forward to a real test. Last edited by Homemade WRX; 02-15-2017 at 05:32 PM. |

Considering a Header is one of the next mods on our project WRX, we are very interested in the results of this testing

Totally bogus/nonsense claims are so common on nabisco by now that I'm genuinely surprised to see anyone call anyone else out anymore.
In for real results |

In for independent dyno numbers.
Comparing the two, I like the MAP collector a lot more than the KillerB. Less aggressive angle so should be less 'lossy' |
