Default 2010 impreza radio/climate control backlight doesn't work

Last night, driving home in my 2010 Impreza, I noticed that when I turned on the headlights, the radio and climate control backlight didn’t come on. I was unable to see my climate control or radio buttons. Any ideas?

Note
I DISABLED CAR ALARM CAN THIS CAUSE MY ISSUE?
REASON I TURNED OFF ALARM IS THAT MY FOBs ARENT ALWAYS WORKING AND USING THE KEY TRIGGERS THE ALARM UNTIL I PLACE KEY IN IGNITION.

Your backlights not working with the headlights points to a dash lighting issue. It only happens when the headlights are on, so it's not the radio or HVAC themselves. The alarm thing might be a coincidence unless wiring was touched.

UPDATE, I just noticed
When I turn on my headlights, my three rear lights do not come on. However, when I apply the brake, all three lights turn on.

Is this related to BACKLIGHT issue or something different?

I had replaced these two fuses and everything worked.
MAIN FUSE IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT #16 15A
IN CAR NEXT TO STEERING COLUMN FUSES #14 15 A

Last nite I noticed tail light & allumination not working.
I'm sure it worked for some time, but I didn't notice when it stopped working.
Today I'll check the fuses.
Any suggestions?

That is a "running light" "headlight" issue. When you turn on running lights or headlights, the interior lighting also gets power since the assumption is that it's dark and you need to see gauges.
There may be more than 1 interior lighting circuit just like there is more than 1 exterior circuit. Typically there is a left and right headlight circuit and more than 1 other exterior circuits.

So, your tailight circuit is dead, but your brake light circuit is OK.

I don't have access to your fuse layout. You could always meter every fuse under the hood and under the dash. List which ones are bad, then replace them and check your lights again.

Has there been any dash or electrical work done just before this issue?

No work has been done on dash or electrical.

But Right Flasher has been replaced and License plate light is held in place with duck tape.

I had replaced both fuses and everything worked for 1-2 weeks. (ie. tail lights worked and all dash was lit up correctly)

PS. My night time drivinh is very limited maybe once a week.
