Post Shop Manuals

I just bought a MY01 2.5RS Coupe---I love it! The salesman claimed that I got one of the last ones out there. Anyway, I am looking for a shop manual. I have heard about some expensive factory ones from this site, where can I find some that are for MY car? Are there any aftermarket manuals avalible, like Haynes or Chilton? It doens't need to be very technical, just routine maintenance stuff--like how tight to torque the oil drain, ect.

I won't pretend to have the right answers, but this is what I've observed and learned.
The factory manual is several volumes, and costs several hundred to buy. Since Subys don't break, I don't see the need
Haynes has not made one for the Impreza or Legacy.
Chilton (which generally sucks) would probably have the basic info you seek. It may only be available in the big 'Import Manual' that covers all the cars for the last five years. Not sure it would be current to 2001, but nothing notable has changed on these cars in the last few years until the '02 models came out.
Me, I just make the drain plug nice and snug, with a fresh gasket
