What is this part?
It’s from a 2003 wrx. I thought it would be the trunk release since it doesn’t work in mine, but I couldn’t find anything that resembles this if it is. Looking up the serial number brought up results for throttle bodies that looked nothing like it.

Yep, I can verify that is the cruise control throttle actuator.
