Default Hit a deer, need help figuring out which parts to order

I just wrote a long post and it all got deleted because my browser crashed, so I’m going to make this short, please help me identify the parts I need to fix my car enough to safely drive home. No cosmetics, just essential parts to drive 150 miles.

Here are some really bad pictures.

Basically the belts got ripped because the radiator hose was into them but I think everything behind the belts including the intake and battery are fine, it’s just the radiator, radiator frames, ac condenser and the two belts.

If there’s a list of parts or something somewhere or just any help at all would be very appreciated

Based on what I can see in those pictures it looks like too much damage to the radiator support to be able to "throw a few parts on and safely drive 150 miles". You need to have a local mechanic/body tech look at that in person and see what, if anything can be done to patch it up. There will be more damage to important items than can be seen in those pictures.

I would tend to agree - looks like a lot of displacement in the pictures... you can get the whole radiator support (upper, lower, and the three vertical bits) as an assembly, but I imagine you need to have it welded in place... how bad are the mounting points for the headlight?

If you are just trying to limp home 150 miles, you need an intact radiator and radiator fans - can you pull the radiator support back far enough to secure the radiator and upper/lower hoses? (probably a solved problem since it was 4 days ago you posted, I suppose!)

I ended up bending the radiator supports and installing a new radiator and belts the car drove ok not great but good enough, then I got p0016 and p0018 codes for a little while then the car lost power on the highway and won’t turn on now, it turns over but won’t start, I had spark plugs, so I changed those but nothing has changed,

I’m basically living in a Walmart parking lot until I can fix the car so any help would be great

My guess - jumped time/timing belt is broken/cut/shredded. Possibly timing cover is broken/cracked, and was rubbing on the belt. Or the impact damaged one of the plastic cam pulleys and it/they eventually broke.

+1 for jumped or damaged timing components. Certainly want to check that before driving the car, that blow to the front end could have certainly damaged the timing cover and what sits behind it

Just wanted to update and let you know that you were right, I got lucky and the belt only jumped one tooth and didn't do any damage. I was so pumped when the shop told me that, cause I was a distance from home and obviously it would be a huge pain and expensive to fix.

Then two weeks later my car spun a rod bearing with 110k miles.

I swear I've never heard of any other cars spinning rod bearings, but it seems like 75% of EJ255s will spin a bearing before 130k.

I installed an EJ20x in my car and I'm working out some issues with the power steering and brakes right now, but the engine idles and moves, but I haven't driven it yet.

Sorry to hear about your bearing fail. Just curious - what was the oil level in the engine when it started knocking? EVERY Subaru I have seen with spun bearings (at least 250-300) did so because they were low on oil - usually less than 2 quarts in the pan.
