Default Roll center correction and rubbing on front fenders

What's up guys
I have a 17 wrx with fortune 500 coilovers with 7k springs, and a superpro roll center correction kit on the front. 255/35/18 ps4s on 18x9.5 +38 rpf1. It is lowered approximately one inch from factory. I had a shop set my camber at -2 degrees 0 toe on the front, and that caused a LOT of rubbing on the front. I then had my camber set to -2.8 on the front, and had a slight roll done to the front fenders. Still rubbing. My local shop said my springs might be worn, so I ordered swift 8k springs, waiting for them to come in.
My question is, how much does the roll center kit affect camber/caster, and would it be enough to cause rubbing even with higher camber angles. Has anyone ran a setup close to mine and had similar issues? Will the springs solve my issue? My current springs are the stock fortune autos with about 50k miles on them, all season use.

If the shop's answer to rubbing wheels and fender was that the springs were worn, you need a new shop.

You're suspension's range of travel includes hitting something, that should be what's addressed. A stiff spring doesn't change that, it just makes it harder to get that much travel lol

What should really be done is slapping a camber gauge on, removing the spring from the damper, and then jacking up the individual wheel to check it's range of motion and discover where and why it is hitting.

yeah, definitely agree with all points made by Homemade WRX. I would rule out your wheels/tires setup before going after the roll center kit.

What is rubbing exactly?

I ended up talking with the guys at race comp engineering and he recommended I look at my sway bar. I recently put aftermarket endlinks on, I believe they were actually making the body roll worse. Installed oem endlinks and a 26mm front bar, zero rubbing now, but still at a high camber angles. Will have to do more testing later. Thank you for the suggestions

I don't know how swapping out swaybars and endlinks helped in the rubbing situation but kudos for getting rid of the rubbing.

I agree I think it's a bandaid, but if it helps for now I'm all for it. I'll take the springs off and check the travel at some point, but I'm too busy atm.
