Driver seat is too high
No 420 jokes. o.x
Vehicle is a Subaru Baja. When sitting in the driver seat, my head is an inch under the headliner. It's a non-adjustable seat rail, no vertical adjustment is possible. Is there a seat rail/base I can swap in that will either lower the seating position by an inch, or an adjustable one I can pick up easily and swap in? Ideally, I'd like a manual one, since I have little interest in wiring in a motorized seat base, and I'd like to be able to get closer to the roof, but not this close, for driving off road, while being able to lower the seating position for driving on pavement.

Take a look at DIY: Lowering 2015+ WRX stock seat that I just posted. You might be able to do something similar to your seat. Seat is now 1"+ lower.
