Catted downpipe from cobb, invidia, or similar should keep you legal. Pair that with an intake and a pro-tune and you should be close to 300. For 320 you may need to add an intercooler and fueling upgrades, might be able to do it without the IC and just injectors/pump. Get in contact with a reputable e-tuner and see what they recommend

I'm at 326 with a Cobb Big SF intake, Cobb titanium CBE, Cobb EBCS, Cobb BPV, TGV/EGR deletes, protune and 93 octane gas on a 2016.

I'm flex tuned, but my other supporting mods got me pretty good power on 93. 330/330 to the wheels. Cobb intake (I just like the whoosh tbh), Grimmspeed catted J and EBCS, TGV/EGR deletes, Process West Verticooler, R400 catback.

I haven't read up on recent power developments for this platform for over a year (pretty much dropped all research once I got tuned a few years back) but last I checked, the general consensus is that there are diminishing returns with running ethanol and that there's not a huge benefit to running E85 over, say, E40-E60. You're more likely to run into limitations with fuel delivery at that point as opposed to limitations around the actual ethanol content itself. Lower % E-blends are likely to be cheaper and more readily available while still providing you with huge gains. And of course, any self-respecting person running ethanol would have a flex fuel sensor to take the headache out of hoping that your specific E blend is actually what the pump says it is.

How accessible is E85 to you out there in Long Island? If it's anything like South Jersey, stations carrying it are few and far between. When I looked into going flex fuel, there were only two stations around me that carried E85, but they were both 20-30 minutes away in opposite directions of anywhere I usually drive to. I would have definitely been storing E85 in 5 gallon jugs in my garage, which is something I didn't want to do and thought it'd be a major butt-pain to go fill up. So first, find that out, but if you run into the same issue, you'll be faced with staying 93 octane. catted J-pipe, TMIC, intake, header, cat-back got me 338whp/335 tq.
