I had talked to wheeldude a few weeks ago. One of the teams they sponsor has a STI on order and planned on running 18x9.5 +38.
But they were still waiting on someone to bring a actual car in to take measurements

What is the wheel offset of 2015 wrx? I've heard 48, 45, even 53?

About the 2015 Sti base wheels...
has anyone pulled one off (dark grey wheels) and checked if its an Enkei MAT wheel? My 2011 Sti wheels are. I expect the offset is still 55. Anyone done this yet? |

I want Kojin 18x9.5 et30, but I think I will go with Raijin 18x9.5 et35 to avoid more work. I'm new the low offset thing, can anyone tell me what should be done on both set ups? I just want to drop it on lowering springs, something like RCE black.

This is a brand new chassis. There isn't much information, but for a 9.5" wheel any offset north if 40 shouldn't be too difficult and will give you more flexibility in tire sizing.

I also think that et40 wouldn't be bad, but the wheel I want is highest at et35. I don't want to get rfp1 et38 like every other Joe.

What about 17x9 35 or 17x9 45 with stock tires 235/45/17? would these clear with NO modifications ?

Once you start lowering the car those wheels will tuck in more. Several people have test fitted 18x9.5 and 10. This will all change when coilovers and suspension options come out

What do you think camber does?

for starters, it doesn't "suck the wheels in". the wheel stays in the same place.
and the amount of clearance you'll gain from OEM camber adjustment isn't much at all, in addition to the natural camber needed from a drop. see how even narrower fitments with properly sized tires that normally wouldn't need fender modification, DO need modification once you start to lower the car. |

Completely off topic Can you post a picture of your headlights with just the led lights on at night to show what it looks with an led bulb? Quote:

WiIl 18 x 9 55 fit without rolling and still be able to be flush with the body? I saw a new WRX with 18 x 8.75 33 and they stuck out too much for my liking. Sorry for the noob question, I just don't know how much offset affects the look. I read the Wheel FAQ and it doesn't really touch on this.

I'm kind of liking the look of enkei tsp6 in hyper silver for silver 15. Thinking 18x8.5 with 50 mm offset with 245/40 tires. How do you guys think they will match up with stock ride height. 235 tire change look? Not looking for any rim poke.
