Default Horn Relay, Fuse Translation?

I have a 94 JDM WRX and just the other day my horn stoped working, My horn is very imporant to me because I live in the Caribbean and everyone is on the horn. Where is the relay, or what else can be wrong? I have the stock Nardi steering wheel. Also does anyone know the translation for the fuse panel, I'm a little rusty in Japanese.

Thanks for the help.

Jay

If the fuse boxes are not labeled in english, It might be easier to just go thru all the fuses to see if any are blown.
