Got an alignment today.. All good..
Front -1.5, 0 Toe
Rear -1.75, 0 Toe
It still drives amazing. Love it.
also like my 'Whooosh' sound when I let off the gas.. 'The Sneeze' I call it. then followed by the spool.. Love that. BTW Factory BOV.
Continuing to work on my spats..I am purposely taking my time with them so they come out correctly
-AutoDim/Compass/Homelink Mirror shows up today but I will be at work.. Can't wait to install this also.
Gauges in mocked up.. just have to run the Oil pressure Sensor and Water temp Sensor to the gauge.. and those should be ready to go.. Then button everything down for the gauge pod.

Found out my spoiler LED for the Brake light doesn't work :/ I don't know if its the wiring or the light so I will have to get a meter/probe out to check that out.

I want to install my AP but I am hesitant right now. as I a little concerned that it might have a Open Source Flash already on it. Stg1 if anything.. but I don't want to "Brick" my ECU in the process. so I need to find a 'Stock Map' before I update to the Cobb Stage 1+ ...
thanks for following along. I could Insta.. but FB is more my thing I guess..

That's really cool. The old STIs are totally different than the new ones. They went from so tricked out and special to... not.

Decent day... today..
Cobb AP installed and mounted
Gauges and Gauge Pod mounted and installed. All Sensors installed.. and everything is operational. Went with a Oil Pressure Sensor in the galley plug under the Alternator... Since Everything was NPT.. it was pretty easy.
I have a laundry list of stuff I am trying to accomplish before I put this thing away for the winter. .. Pics when I can get to them.. Oh. got my Autodim/Compass/Homelink Mirror installed.. ..just waiting on the Harness wire. to connect it. Again...Thanks to turbo sol for the How to.. really easy actually. Once the harness shows up. Then just connect it and program it.. Done.
Heres my punchlist :

Dents and dings... Scheduled 1st week of Oct.
Spats painted and installed
Rear Aprons painted and ready to install
Check Rear LED in Spoiler
Install undetray
Install LF inner fender liner
Install STi Torsion Bars for trunk
Install Belt moldings.
Install Downpipe : Grimmspeed Catted Limited..
Complete New Steering wheel Cover *Suede
Refinish Wheels GOLD
Refinish Side skirts
Refurbish/Refinish Rear Brakes
*Header maybe???

Hope everybody had a great weekend.

Bill

Went to my local Dealer and got some more OEM parts and to check on some more things that I am thinking about. Drove the STi ...had a nice 100mi drive round trip...thru the countryside..it was 76 degrees with a slight breeze.. Awesome.. MY FAVORITE.
-Belt moldings showed up.. just need to find time to install them.
-Trunk Springs for the STi Wing..
-LF Fender liner .. needed that baaaad..

Heres a quicky pic as I got home I still think it looks amazing. ENJOY

Got the New Belt Moldings on.. Wow What a difference.. Attention to DETAIL is what its all about. Didn't get pic yet. but the before and after is HUGE.. the old ones were in OK shape..nothing special and they had a couple of Hail dings in them.. But the NEW ones Make the car appear way more cleaner .. obviously since they are new.. 1st coat of Clear on the front Spats is done..have to wetsand and get them 100% smooth.. then I can apply a 2nd coat of clear... polish again.. and see where I am at. I will get some more pics probably tomorrow.. we have a local meet Sat.. so I will get to Debut it. Thats pretty exciting within it self. .

This is so sick. I sometimes wonder what happened to my WRX, but I don't think I'd ever want it back after what I put it through haha.

I Love my dealer... I have ordered some obscure parts already and they keep coming thru..

Ordered the following:

New Cowl panel
Wiper arms for both sides
Factory mounting bolts for U-Brace
New Drivers side Arch molding for the rear.
New Door Clips for the door panels.(12) Just to have some spares
New Undertray with factory bolts and clips.

Some stuff they ordered thats already on.

New Hood insulator
New outer Belt moldings
New Roof Rail moldings
New intercooler spray pump

Things that I plan to order when budget allows:

New STi intercooler
New Drivers side Door panel
New Drivers Seat Covers top and bottom
New Drivers Seat Cushions
New Factory fresh Sideskirts *WRX 51E
New STi V-Limited Front Lip
New STi OE Front Bumper Canards

It should pass muster at that point. can't wait to get into the condition I want it.. I think everyone will enjoy it as much as I do.

Satin White for the 07's was a great addition. I am partial to Aspen White tho..since my RS was that.. My BRZ was Satin White tho.. Thanks for the acknowledgement.. It will be close to perfect *my Vision, When its all said and done tho.. Its getting there.. I have some more newness planned.. And when it all gets on the car.. I will have a ORIGINAL PAINT, ORIGINAL PANEL, ORIGINAL MOTOR/TRANS vehicle that should be worth a pretty penny in another 15 years.. I am replacing all the attention to detail stuff that alot of people would overlook. .. So for that I am excited.. It will be a 'tasteful modded car'.. that will "have the right stuff" on it.. The vision in my head is very similar to the Original picture, just with a JDM Flare.. Thanks again for the acknowledgement ..
