I'm going to install the APR radiator shroud tomorrow and some of my dress up bolts to see how everything looks. I'll try and snap a few pics and maybe wash the car and grab a video. I have a cancellation at work on Tuesday so I'm looking to enjoy the day off and catch up. |

Got the WC Lathe Werks ARC Tribute Alternator Shroud installed. Along with the APR carbon fiber cooling plate radiator shroud. Very happy with how the Renegade Motorsports Engine Caps look installed. And the Dress Up Bolts look amazing. I need to order 4 more. I kinda want to do everything in my engine bay now. Lol.
Friday I'm getting the Killer B Upper Coolant Overflow Tank installed along with the PERRIN boost control solenoid shroud (black), my midpipe trimmed, front shifter stay blushing reverting back to stock, a touch up alignment and my 1000mi break-in oil change. Can't wait for the Password JDM goodies to come back from paint. And of course I'm dying for the black Grimmspeed topmount to arrive. I hate the silver. I also pulled the trigger on the Kansai Service intake duct and airbox. Going to have R/T Tuning shorten the intake and modify the box to accept the rotated intake tube. Ordered the COBB 1.3 bar and 1.1 bar radiator caps. Also ordered Torque Solutions black radiator stays. Time to clean up this engine bay. Last edited by QwaktastiK; 09-08-2020 at 08:10 PM. |

Drool.
I can't remember, are you running the stock TMIC splitter? I just ordered the Grimmspeed one so that the top part of the TMIC isn't blocked off. |

Yeah, the black touches make a huge difference there. Stop making me want to buy stuff. LOL
Just wanted to mention, because I just realized yesterday, but Password JDM went out of business at some point. Their website is now just a "thank you for 18 years!" message... |

Yeah, the Password JDM battery cover, fuse box cover and ABS cover were all extremely hard to source since they closed their business. But glad I found them, and new nonetheless. |

Torque Solutions radiator stays and COBB 1.3 bar radiator cap installed along with the COBB delrin black coolant cap (can't see from this angle):
Midpipe was trimmed about 2" to get the tips to sit flush with the rear bumper. Very happy with how it sits now. Sorry for the dirty car: R/T Tuning also swapped the Kartboy front shifter stay bushing back to stock. I gotta say I've tried every shifter bushing Kartboy and Turn in Concepts offers and I didn't like any of them. All they do is increase transmission noise inside the cabin. Still very happy with the Kartboy short shifter. But anybody who's on the fence with shifter upgrades, only do the shifter itself. Don't upgrade the bushings. Not worth the trans noise. Exhaust noise. Cool. Intake noise. Awesome. Turbo noise. Dope. BOV, yasssss. Trans noise. Nope. Last edited by QwaktastiK; 09-14-2020 at 12:08 PM. |

I love them. My god they look so much better than the yellow caps IMO COBB 1.3 bar and 1.1 bar radiator and coolant caps in. Just waiting on the Password JDM parts to come back from the body shop and the black Grimmspeed TMIC R/T Tuning is still waiting for the IAG coolant lines so we can put in the Killer B coolant overflow tank. And the Perrin boost control solenoid cover is missing in shipping so they're getting another one sent out. 3 weeks until the tuning appointment Last edited by QwaktastiK; 09-15-2020 at 10:44 AM. |

I have mismatched ones cause I have some IAG red caps from when they made them, and then a company was selling some about a year ago that I bought.

Great news:
The black Grimmspeed TMIC has finally arrived from backorder. And the IAG coolant lines arrived as well. Install appointment is scheduled for October 19th for the following: Black Grimmspeed TMIC Killer B coolant overflow tank w/ IAG coolant lines Perrin boost control solenoid cover Grillecraft hood scoop mesh insert (to protect the TMIC from chips) 8 days until the dyno tune on October 6th. Just reached out to SG Paintworx for an update on the Password JDM parts. He said he got the first step complete. Letting them sit and cure before doing two more coats of clear. And it will likely be another 2 months before I see the Kansai Service intake duct and airbox. It's all coming together... Last edited by QwaktastiK; 09-28-2020 at 12:31 PM. |

So the wife hit me with "as long as they don't blow it up on the dyno."

It's Monday! So that means tune day!
Who is tuning it? I forget and don't want to read back. |

One of my wife's former coworkers works for Subaru of America at their Headquarters in Camden, NJ. He was kind enough to gain me security access to shoot my car. We opted for sunset for the best lighting. Still working on editing some of the photos. But here's one that came out decent. It was a bit of a challenge to shoot. The Subaru logo is at the top of the building (on the other side) so I had to shoot up or from far away to get it in the frame. And they had an orange Outback parked out front, which seemed to always be in frame. |
