Default Rescued 02 WRX - no o2 sensors

Recently saved a '02 WRX from a kid that was bound to ruin it. Only thing good he did was not mod it too much when he got it (was bone stock with heads and gaskets redone). Currently sporting a SPT cold air intake, and full exhaust of unknown make, with no o2 sensors or even bungs! Oh, and no tune either I should add.
Car runs decent, boosting about 11 pounds, but has a rich smell and almost single digit gas milage.
Please help! I'm new to subaru turbo cars, and trying to read and learn as much as I can. Take it and have sensor (s) installed? Just get a canned tune and make it work? Unfortunately, there are no import tuners within 3 hours of where I live to help line it out.

if you can smell gas its probaly a too rich code, you should get a littl bluetooth obd2 reader that hooks up to your phone that way you can figure out whats going on ad dont have to rely on someone else.. just my suggestion
