Cool

Hey RS,

I just mounted a set of BFGoodrich G-Force KDW's on my MY99. They are 215/50ZR 16 in size. Be warned, clearance is tight in the rear. I could not get my finger between the tire and the rear strut when we mounted them on the car. However, I have noticed no signs of rubbing at all.
I've only put about 500 miles on them so far, but check the rear inside sidewalls every day and have yet to see any signs that they are rubbing the strut. They also do not appear that they will rub the outer fender lip. My Suspension is stock for now, but I plan the addition of a Pro Drive kit when funds are available. Hope this is of some help to you...

And that's why I pause when someone says the stock wheel, 16x7 +55 is optimal. If you go with less positive offset you may have to roll the fenders, but at least you can do SOMETHING. Let's see you move the strut out of the way.

Glad to hear they fit, btw. I've seen 205/55-16 A032R's rub lightly on the stock struts.

Thumbs up

I have the BFG KDW 215/50-16 on stock wheels also. They are great. There is about 5mm of clearance between the tire and the spring perch on the strut. And the bonus is that the speedo should still be pretty accurate.
Take a look: http://216.242.153.40/MembersList/Us...bfg-2-edit.jpg
They are about $90 at The Tire Rack.
