Default Difference between fuel SYSTEM cleaner and fuel INJECTOR cleaner?

I just put an engine into my wrx that was in a rollover, so there was oil in it. I'm trying to get the best gas mileage out of it so I put some Turbo 108 fuel injector cleaner in it. Theres also a fuel system cleaner by Turbo 108. What is the difference?

What else should I do to my engine to clean it out. I'm going to put in NGK Iridium spark plugs, I'm hoping that will help too.

I don't buy that stuff in a can. What I do is first use 1gal of methanol to a full tank of gas. This will remove any water in the fuel system. Then 1/2gal of toulene to a full tank of gas. This will clean any resin build up in the fuel system including the injectors. After the toulene treatment I change the fuel filter.
