My 2005 wrx, almost done with a full conversion to STI
Hi everybody, since last year I started my project for keep me busy during this strange year. I bought one wrx that already have many parts from STI, with the ej207 V8, and the V7 jdm 6 speed.
So many obstacle, for finding parts number, discover the little details that change from one to another model, and realize that pratically the wrx and the sti are 2 completely different car. Thinking with many manufactures that make a sport version changing some part, some little details but keeping most of the car the same, and see one STI that is completely redesign in all of there parts, many things I learn and many thing I still learning, one thing for sure, is not a easy conversion if everything has to be right. But you know I love that, I'm 42 and I still have all the cars that I bought in my life, because are part of my life that I spent most of the time on car.

I noticed this is a big deal pre 2006.
So far, what's been the biggest challenge? |
