mail time!
i figured to better get the power to the ground i should get some tire under it! and for reliability and to get the power down Driveshaft Shop Level 4 Axles! well i took the car up to John at IMW and boy did i meet my power goals pretty easily!! my goal was 500WHP on E85, the final number was.......513WHP & 446ft/lbs on E60. @23-24psi 423WHP & 358ft/lbs on 93oct @20psi i was only able to do E60 because the lines coming from the fuel pump side of things was just too small to meet fueling demands. But the car is very quick and a great time! ill eventually (likely sooner than later lololol) get the fuel system up to task and make even more power!! had to fill the tank with E85 with my VP Racing jugs so i figured id snap a "look at me im on E85" pic a week or so ago when we had nice weather i decided to relocate my AOS to the pitch stop. this was a little bit of a project, unfortunately where the IAG pitch stop bracket would have it sit it would be incontact with the downpipe. so since i have solid engine mounts and have no need for the pitch stop mount, i mounted the bracket on the inside and was able to get the AOS centered! I saw the pictures of the tires and I was ready to post "buh bye axles" and then you snuck those DSS shafts in there. Looks like it's coming together nicely.

Are you planning on adding more power? How is this thing on the highway with peak boost hitting around 4900 rpm?

Meat comparison lol my 225/45 Potenza RE-11 vs my 245/45 NT555R. The Nittos must run true to size where the Bridgestones run wide
Meat mounting! A couple of shots of the radials on! Installed the TIC/Kartboy Tallboy Short Shifter! Last edited by CursezZz; 05-20-2020 at 03:37 PM. |
