Sadly putting my WRX up for sale. I no longer need it as a daily driver and I would much rather see a Z06 in my garage than a WRX haha.

I'd like it to go to a good home

was nice. met a few people. The parade laps weren't too boring. Didn't learn any vehicle limits but did learn the track has some areas of i could get in trouble. My head only being about 30" off the ground makes some of those swooping corners hard to see coming up. I recorded it all so i can watch it back and try to start memorizing the track while studying flag and hand signals.

Hi everyone
Does anyone know of a reliable shop to install lowering springs? I live in Wheeling, WV so any suggestions in Washington or Pittsburgh would be good. Thanks.

Back in the Subie Gang. Got an Outback for my wife. Anyone have a set of (5x114.3) Subaru wheels they’d trade me for a set of 18” 5x114.3 Infiniti wheels?

I didn’t go to TNiA but I did finally see your car today going by the Rec center! Looked awesome, didn’t think it would be as small as it was.

hey thats me! The second session racerender video is rendering now. I dont know if i'll waste my time on the first one, that whole session was pretty much a loss because of that C7 Corvette smoking and spewing oil all over us and not allowing a pass by for 4 or 5 laps. The M5 guy and I were getting rather irritated

dont a lot of guys use a 4EAT driveshaft for that swap? Not sure about the yoke at the rear diff though or if your using an R160 or R180

Quoted from https://forums.nasioc.com/forums/sho....php?t=1772793

Driveshafts to use with 6mt:

1993-2001 Impreza: This generation 4eat shaft is the best choice as it has the correct center support bearing mount. If you have an R180 use this Subaru part# 38358AA000 (small bolt pattern) yoke to adapt the 4eat shaft.

2002-2007 WRX 4eat: Will bolt directly in with a R160 rear diff, will not bolt to USDM R180 without Subaru part# 38358AA000 (small bolt pattern)

2004-2007 STi: Will not bolt to a R160 unless you use flange Subaru part# 38358AA040 (large bolt pattern)

Both of these yokes are interchangeable between R160 and R180 to suit the drive shaft you have available.

Hey guys, long time lurker, and finally considering pulling the trigger on a wrx. Does anyone have a recommendation for a shop to do a pre purchase inspection? I'm looking at a 15+ so I wanna make sure i'm not getting a car that's been beat to hell and back before I buy. Thank you!

Thanks man! I wanted to ask you about your coilovers. I see you went with the ISC N1's. Did you consider the ST Coilovers before you got them? I need some struts/coilovers and they look comparable in price/performance.

i been real happy with my N1's. I think i only got them because they were on sale at THmotorsports or something for like $800ish at the time. I was supposed to go with custom Feal for my low stance but these N1's got me where i need to be with half the cost. They're the street comfort 8k/6k. The ride is firm but comfy, i keep the set to min on the damper setting, at the track i bumped it up to the middle somewhere.

My only concern with them now is that if the camber adjuster allen key isn't seated well, water gets down in the shock tube. Ive used compressed air to blow it out a few times and its orange rusty water. Not something i like to see but preventable if you keep the key tight in the hole

would that be a problem on a car since it should be covered?

Thank you! I'm not worried about tuning just yet, I mostly am doing my due diligence before I make a purchase
