Phatbotti closed their dyno. Need a new tuner ASAP!
So, as many know Phatbotti closed their dyno in SoCal. I had all my parts installed over the weekend and the base map. My appointment was for April 9th and well now I'm out of luck with a base map on my car.
Unfortunately, phatbotti doesn't offer e-tunes for EJ's anymore. Now, I'm debating getting e-tuned from Eric at Torque Performance or Ambot. 2012 Subaru WRX Mods: Invidia N1 TBE Cobb DP AEM intake AEM 340lph fuel pump Process West Verticooler Cobb flex fuel kit Cobb fuel pressure sensor ID1050x injectors Grimmspeed EBCS NGK one step colder plugs Radium Catch cans (not yet installed) Is anyone running a flex fuel E-tune from TP or Ambot? I had a Stage 2 map from eric and had minimal issues (experienced knock here and there) but overall a good experience. I read a lot of good stuff about Ambot, but he seems to be more specialized on FA engines. For those running a flex fuel e-tune on their EJ engine from Torque Performace or Ambot how has your experience been?

That's my thoughts too and that's what everyone is speculating. With CA laws and the EPA banning and fining everyone he's probably going back to AZ. And yeah I leaning towards Eric. Only difference is Ron was going to tune me for e60 and eric said I can run any blend. |

Black market tuning here we come. I’d say tune it, but it’s a bit harder to road tune E85 since it doesn't knock. Road tune and 4-5* more on e85.
