Engine noise! Help
EJ25 with manley pistons.
Motor has 18*** miles on it, been making that noise forever but is getting louder from what it seems like. Sound only is at idle, above 1500rpm the noise is gone. Sounds worst when i leave from a stop when engaging the clutch in first gear. Compression came out within 10psi across each cylinders at 120 ish psi leakdown showed 8-10% across all cylinders as well. Sounds like the sound comes from the driver side, and dont feel like tearing the motor apart. I'm kinda thinking it might be not an internal issue more of a external, maybe manifold gasket or motor mounts ? Anybody with experience may help!

So I just took it out of storage, changed the oil had no glitter what so ever and still runs good. I took more video's below and pinpointed the noise to the cylinder head of cylinder 2.
