To confirm fitment, the dimple mag bolt is M20x1.5, the same as the 2011+ STI platform correct?? Any reason you are running the Prova filter over the OEM one? At oil change intervals of 2500 miles is the added micron filtering necessary?

Plugs should be the same, but I will be confirming that in about an hour when I do the oil change.
I personally am not a huge fan on the OEM USDM Subaru oil filter. From Japan they come with a Black Subaru filter which is super high quality and made in Japan, the USDM filters are rumored to be made by FRAM and are not constructed as nice as the JDM OEM filters. These Prova oil filters are much higher construction quality then the USDM oil filter (almost look to be the same as the JDM OEM Subaru Black oil filters), so we use these PROVA filters or K&N oil filters on all shop cars. A new motor produces a large amount of material as a result of the motor break in. We feel it is better to change the oil at 1000miles to reduce the amount of contaminants in the oil along with reducing the chance of clogging the oil filter with such debris. It has worked great for us in other shop and employee owned cars, so that is the break in that we procedure that we use. Kirill RallySportDirect.com |

What is your oil change interval post break-in out of curiosity?

We will do ever 3K miles or every 6 months.
Given that after break in the cars do not get driven very often (our 2011 STi only had 3300 miles after 2 years) we tend to change the oil due to time interval gap instead of miles. With that being said, in personal cars I will go about 4-5K between oil changes when using a quality synthetic. Kirill RallySportDirect.com |

I ran this exhaust on my 2013 STI with urethane hangers 1 inch from the bumper during auto cross and never experienced this. Titanium handles heat better and the metal is so thin that it disipates much easier than 304SS. Also the exhaust is so light that urethane hangers will stop all exhaust movement so there is slim to no chance it will ever contact the bumper, even under sideways Gs.

I also run a TOMEI on my own personal car, and I did install the Urethane hangers. Reason is this system only uses 2 hangers, so by having the UR units the exhaust is not able to move around at all. Kirill RallySportDirect.com |

You can see that it looks photoshopped from the front tires.

RallySport: Any chance you guys could test fit some 15 or 20mm spacers on these stock wheels? I really like the look of them, just wish they filled out a bit more.. Wondering what the best size to go with is...

I am also 6'4, 200 and this is the exact car I am finding out about ordering today so I should ride the same in the car as you are describing. I haven't gotten any real seat time in this car. I got to sit in a LE for about 10 min's before it left the dealer to be sold and that's it so I did not get a real sense on the wing or anything else creating blind spots. |
