Default FS-Defi HUDs - Digital Kph/Rpm or Temp/Compass/Voltage



Both units are basically brand new, only had them in my wrx for a few months before I sold it.

They both have their own control unit, completely different than the control unit for my defi bf's.

Yes, there is a little box that projects the image upwards, you can see one behind my gauge pod. The HUDs also come with a little pre-cut tint so the image will appear less blurry.

does it get distracting at all? Can other drivers see it? Can you see it from outside? Any glare late at night?

It is not distracting at all. Especially when you can dim the display to your liking. You or other drivers cannot see it from outside and there is no glare at night.

Both units can be hooked up in less than an hour. Just need power/ground for both, and the rpm and speed wire for the kph gauge.

For the outside temp does it come with a thermometer that you have to place somewhere on the outside of the vehicle?

Yes it does, just a small sensor that is wired into the door jam.
