No, I never said that. I did say it's the wrong tool for the job; the PCR 'yes/no' isn't helpful for setting policy and determining risk; and there's no good reason besides politics to test at 40 PCR's.

I thought there were rules in the OP, 1 about publishing non-peer review studies
