Texas must be the only place the Westboro Baptist Church fears. No press releases about Evil Filth or anything of the sort.

According to the NWS, we gon' get raped this year. Cool summer, riddled with storms that will worsen in the fall. It's been pretty spot on so far.

My power just went out for about 0.5 sec. for about the 40th time this month. There's a giant dark red circle sitting over my house on the radar map right now. I'm gettin tired of this ****.

Yep. I remember driving on Hwy. 71 while Bastrop was on fire. This image is almost iconic around these parts.

Power just went out for about 5sec for like the 4th time tonight. By the time summer is over I'll be surprised if anything electronic in the house hasn't been fried already. ****ing utility company needs to get their **** together already.

Travis up 20 feet in seven days.

Looks like I might head up there and eat some terrible food at the Oasis with the wife to catch the view.

yeah....no doubt...im on a job south of Madisonville a couple miles off 75....and it quit raining now...but DAMNIT!!!!

I had to drive my car across the pad to get to the work trailer....and I had to move the car around to find a spot where the mud was low enough so I could open my door ...and that was before all the rain tonite

This is Rick Perry's fault. He prayed for rain and here it is, God just doesn't work on the same kind of time frame as we do.

Maybe if there'd only been one day of prayer instead of three you'd have gotten just the right amount.
