Default It's my wheels bearing toast ?(video)

Hi ,need some help please
Sorry for broken english

So couple month ago my home place get heavy rain and flooded ,and water it's almost half of the wheel height

After water gone , and my car sound like this in video I show ,(before that are not any noise)

I tried jack the car up and shake the wheel up down left right ,and it was solid and tight

Have anyone know this problem ?

Could be something stuck in the brake pads or around the axel or driveshaft since it sounds like a rotational sound.

Very well could be the wheel bearing since there was water intrusion.

Brake shield also far away from rotor too
But the noise still there , tomorrow I will jack up car and check again driveshaft and axle

It get loud when car get hot or was driving around town
Forget to mention ,my home was flooded 2days so my car are soak on water 2 days(half the wheel height)
