Default 12 wrx No radio/cig lighter, clock works?

Was sitting in the lot when my radio shut off and my cig lighter plug in for my phone charger stopped working too, but the clock above the radio still works. I thought the radio/nav display fuse always had that clock on it? Does this sound like a fuse? Pulled the 1 labeled audio next to the "l15l" (block in 15a)and looked ok.. Sound like a fuse or wiring issue

Check your fuse for the cig lighter. If possible get a digital multimeter with continuity and check all the fuses..

Probably advisable to disconnect the battery when checking continuity on lines connected directly to battery

I had a similar issue. Fuse seemed fine but replaced it anyways everything went back to working normal. Could be a hairline crack on the fuse.
