Default Looking at a built motor

I saw a built motor come up on marketplace and was wondering if it would be a good buy. Judging by the photos (I'm not an expect at all) the heads look like they need to be re-done.

Photos can only tell so much.

You should probably have a machine shop check them regardless of how they look visually.
