From what I've been told, those are mostly snake oil, but that's referring to dealership versions. I know there was a guy at the auto skills center putting plain old grease on exposed rustable parts (control arms and such) to keep them non-rusty.

Amsterdam was fun, seeing all the hookers in the windows, a live porn show, a wax museum, the Dungeon, Anne Franks house and a Heineken brewery (well, went there, but close literally 1min before we stepped in ) I got some Absinth Gonna have to try it maybe next weekend after the races |

If only I had close up pics of my front bumper. The paint looks like ground beef and the bumper looks like I participate in rock batting practice. I'm currently looking for a front bumper in the classifieds. I have an extra set of wheels w/o tires on them. I'll use those for the winter (if I bring the car). As far as not having a car payment, that will be the leading factor of me keeping the car. I'm just scared to ship it since I've never done anything like this before.
How will a 400whp subie fair in Germany? I feel like I'm gonna get my ass kicked |

I have 436whp and it holds its own I haven't been beat yet. I've whooped a couple v8's and all the rice burners around here. There are a couple gto's here that I would like to toy with. There is a twin turbo'd 98ish mustang cobra...sounds NASTY!! I wouldn't even try against him lol Well, for a good grin I probly would.

Both. Alot of Germans have rice burners...body kits with led lights all over, some ugly wheels and wings etc. Some Germans do it right and have nice cars. All the Germans at DC had nice cars.
Around Schweinfurt, there are a couple rhd supra's but other than that, a bunch of golfs, jetta, 10+yr old Audi's and a ton of BMW's (like 90'-2006). If they're newer than that, they're probly not modded. Last edited by armyssoldierboy; 05-21-2012 at 02:00 AM. |

Another thing to keep in mind, if it is a busy day there will be tons of spectators all along the course which tempts people to show their ass, the main area being Brennchen. Its a good idea to keep your head on a swivel around these portions of the track as they are common places for localized cautions. Also, be mindful of bikes, and much slower traffic. Last time I was out there we had rediculous Porsche GT3/2 RS, and a few high power GT-Rs as well as people lapping in Priuses (priusii?) Don't be like that guy in the CR-V...come back with your scoob and more importantly you in one piece. They don't call her the Green Hell for nothing... |

J/k. I know what u mean on realistic handling. Which is why i dont concern about that portion of the game. It would prob be cool if sony put out a tourist version of the race. Where u drive just like u would going there with bikes and slow traffic and the random rich guy in his gt3 rs. I had a close call there last summer with a ambulance pull in on the track and I slowed down and the gt3rs did not and almost brought a porsche home in my trunk. 9 out of 10 bikes will be in your way holding you back and slowing u down mid turn. I rarely got passed by bikes. Its always a car that cost 4 times my wrx or a track only car |

So Friday, I have me, 3 evo's, a bmw 135i, 08wrx and a golf gti coming with me from Schweinfurt to the shop then Street Culture afterwards. The rex is pretty slow but the rest of us are straight Even the golf makes 416whp. Hope to see everyone there.

I swam just fine. I know my car just didn't know the track. They have classes you can take but it can get pricey. Check out the website.
