Default 2015 FXT code P0016

CEL just came on code P0016. any ideas? I've seen fixes involving OCVs, cam sprockets up to replacing the ECU for $$$$. just got the valve body replaced and try to not have to sink $3-4K into this thing. 2015 FXT 93K miles Mods: ETS intake, GFB BPV, N1 Catback, Mtuned pro tune. bought CPO but the dealer gave me a hard time about the valve body already, so assuming they wont help with warranty coverage on this.

So far I've replaced passenger ocv, changed oil and cleaned cam sensors and the code still popped up. then swapped all the OCVs and Cam sensors from left to right and the code didn't travel. Reading avcs and ocv duty on my AP so they are getting reading and adjusting. At a loss for cause now.

Dreaded P0016
I've heard of people installing thin shims to space out the cam sensor slightly.
