Default Tien Coil Over Settings

I recently bought a 2008 wrx sedan and it has Tien coil overs. I have never delt with coil overs and I am curious if there is standard settings? I raised front and rear the other day because it would scrap the exhaust going into drive ways... I signed up for a little rally event in Montana this weekend so I think I need to raise them up to the highest setting to protect the exhaust. So my question is: Is there recommended settings for the front and rear? Like for daily driving set front to this and rear to this then for off road front this and rear that..? Thanks for any input!
