Default Official Dealer Pricing Lists

With a little help from Nick I have created two pages that will list all of the dealers that are selling the STi below - at - or above MSRP. You can add a dealer by emailing me. I will update the site no less that once a day. Soon I hope to have a database driven site so please hang in there. I hope this helps everyone out.

MSRP

Above MSRP

Isn't it too late now? Anybody who ordered already don't need to see the list but people who are going to order it won't get it until next year. But is nice tho.

You can bet there will be unsold STi's on the dealer's lots.

My dealer already have 150 names on the STi list, if 10% of those people will actually buy the STi it would already sold all the STi from that dealer for this year.

Yeah I don't think there'll be many sitting on the lots for quite a while, unless they have horrendous mark-up or are located somewhere in the wops where there's no demand, in which case wouldn't dealerships with the lagre waiting lists offer to take them off their hands?

1st the below will go on the MSRP page and in the comments there will be in RED letters the amount off of MSRP.

As for the list. In all honesty I have no idea if there will or will not be cars on the lot. I am just looking at how they did it at evom.net and it seemed to work well. I am going to keep the pages up for as long as I can. This way when the demand dies down a little we still have a good list to choose from.

I hope this helps.

As for those that have deposits, well they are sometimes refundable. And maybe you will find a closer dealer with a better price. You never know.

That's because you live in San Francisco. In the rest of the country, it shouldn't be too big of a deal to get an sti, after a few months.

I think this is a great idea and everyone should e-mail with all the info you have about your local dealers.

I know this did WONDERS for the guys at Evolutionm.net.

Besides, when the STI's pricing comes back to MSRP (or lower!) I DON"T want to support ANY dealer that was charging over MSRP!

Many thanks go out to Forcefedfour for doing this!!!

Well I haven't got any emails yet but that doesn't mean that I won't get any. When June comes around and the cars are actually here this list might make it to a sticky.

I might not be buying my STi for a year due to me going to Korea for a year, but this list would do wonders for me when I get back. Plus I have already talked to a few dealers and some were very rude so if this list gets off the ground maybe we could put a notation next to the dealers that were rude or some kind of rating then we could support the good dealers instead of just picking a dealer and then try not to get ripped off! I know my parents live in a small town and there is only one dealer with in 50 miles and they didn't know anything except that it was going to sell for more than MSRP and then they got rude when my mother called to ask a few questions for me. This would help allot of people like me in a small town or even a big town. The town I live in has a fare amount of dealers but the town has about 300,000 people in a town built for 100,000, this is mostly because of the 55,000 Military personal and their families. When you go to a deal in my town you basically have to pull out your money and flash it around just to get some one to help you, and then expect not to be able to dealer because some dumbass army or Air Force private/airman will come in and pay 18,000 for a Kia or a Sunfire and have 18% interest......Yes I have seen this. So I think this would help allot of people and if you already have a deposit in then send in your info to help your brothers and sisters of NASIOC....I mean come on this board is free and probably gives allot to you so why not give back to it once in awhile.

Ok so I got carried away....Sorry........

I am still working out the bugs with the add ins. I think it is just going to be easier to use a database software. Anyone know any good ones?

Did another update and I have to nail down the colors.

Question do you want to have a sort of forum for each state that way you and just put the prices and then discuss them or just this kind of format?

Thanks
