Default 2007 WRX Fog Lights

Hey guys, I recently noticed that both of my fog lights aren't working.

The green light doesn't illuminate any longer when I press the fog button. In the past it would sometimes flicker or go out if I hit any rough pavement while driving. Now it is completely dead.

When I press the button, I hear a "click" which I assume is the relay functioning?

I have done the following:

Checked the fuse. It wasn't blown but I replaced it anyway.
Made sure everything was connected properly.

I have yet to replace the lights but I plan on it tomorrow. I just found it odd that both went at the same time, but I guess that anything is possible.

I was wondering if there was anything else I should try? Otherwise I'll just replace the bulbs tomorrow and see what that brings.

pull the relay out and check the pins..see if any of them are discolored...it may be burnt and not working but still 'clicking'

Thanks I'll try that. I should be able to swap in another relay of the same kind to figure out if the current fog light relay is shot right?

Troubleshooting by parts replacement is expensive. If you can specify exactly what car you have beyond Impreza I may be able to pull up a schematic.

For an Impreza WRX (non STI) I show separate schematics labelled "headlights w/high inten discharge" (2 sheets) and one sheet W/O high inten discharge.
If you know which you have I can give you much more specific instructions.

Both schematics show a fog light switch light as an incand. bulb and not an LED so the switch light could be burned out. On this same schematic LEDs are indicated as such with a separate symbol than incand. bulbs.
