WRX GC8 Forum?
Not sure where to start posting in regards to a '94 WRX GC8 imported from Japan. The closest forum I do see here is the one labeled "Factory 2.0L Turbo Powertrain
(EJ Series Factory 2.0L Turbo)" however I do not meet the year criteria stated. 02-05. Could someone point me in the right direction? ;p

It all depends on the focus of your questions. The forum you mentioned is for anything engine related to the EJ20 variants specifically. So if you have a trans question, post in the trans section not the 2.0 liter EJ20 section for instance. It really doesn't matter what vehicle or market the car is from as long as you break your car down into categories like:
-engine -trans -steering, brakes, suspension -interior/exterior -engine management And so on like this. Then the forum becomes easy to understand. You'll also get quicker, more accurate replies by posting in the proper section. If you're looking to create a log or build profile for your car and not use the different forums for general topics, then I'd recommend creating a post in the members gallery. Here you can discuss your specific car and what's going on with it in more of a general manner. Allows for the beginning to end sort of approach. Then when you come across something very specific you can branch out into the other forums for those specific questions. |

If you have parts or assembly questions, you can probably ask one of the big importers who bring in these things as well as cars. There are a couple around Richmond, VA. As far as asking questions here, you'd want to word questions like you did here, explaining that you have an imported JDM 94 WRX. As you already know, I'm sure, lots of things are completely different on your car that the US never saw.
