Asterisk for being unconfirmed until 'confirmed'

Jay Leno’s Garage*

’66 Chevy Corvair Yenko Stinger*
Jay Leno Tank Car*
Mercedes 300SL*
McLaren F1*
Lamborghini Countach*
CHASE! Lamborghini Countach*

Still have to wait for the current Mountain Drifters hitting and then Exotic Envy II before Jay... I'm sure a pop culture set mixed in too which would be the F&F set. I want the Evo in the wave after that....

After I typed that it occurred to me it would still be the "pedestrian" cars from Jay's collection. I don't think they will be doing a casting for a Duesenberg or Citroen casting anytime soon...

I'm just curious how the tank car casting comes out. Could be neat, could not

This most recent sale was 200 on the card and 60 or so loose. Roughly 260ish cars. Collection at one point was over 500 cars on the card and about 75 loose.

Yes congrats!

Oh man your numbers are, well I thought I was small..

~ 1,380 carded, ~167 loose (Including those for trade/sale)

Found my 2nd ever STH, the 2020 Jaguar F-Type. Also scored some red Subarus and white Ford GT for my collection, plus the new red Tundra, Toyota Van, Tesla Roadster, LBWK Skyline and '95 Jeep. Skyline and Tacoma are already called for lol

I just had to be first, I left so many behind for others... I just hope 1 person didn't buy the rest.

Thanks. It was way easier to sell in bulk at a discount versus trying to sell one at a time. I could have made more $, but it was nice getting a few hundred cash for all my cars. It was a little bitter sweet selling the 20 or so loose cars from my childhood, but I have not looked at them more than a few times in the last 20 years, so it's fine.

That's crazy amounts! I knew I had to sell them when I kept buying them, come home, go in the basement into a storage container, and lay the newest cars in the box, only to be closed and not to be seen again until I repeated the same process.

I found a local group on IG that meets in the park twice a month to set up tables and sell / trade, free too!

I tried selling mine on Diecastaway forum, I had little success, but I did sell a few cars there.

I sold a bulk last year via a FB group I had joined for the purposes of selling them. There are ALOT of groups for selling Hot Wheels. I was in probably 10-15 of them. Local and national ones. Sold on quite a few of them.

For this most recent sale, I had started posting my few high dollar cars on Craigslist and had a line at the bottom that said I'm selling my entire collection. Guy emailed me about the collection via the CL ad.

Default Hot Wheels v.2

I need that red Tacoma. I ordered a ‘22 Tacoma TRD Off Road for my dad that should arrive in August, so it would be cool to give him a miniature version, too.

I’d like to find the red van, too. My MIL, also a Toyota employee, had an old school Toyota van in the 80s. I already have my FIL the blue Tacoma to go with his white TRD Pro.

Do you trade for money? The only thing I have in blister pack is the Supra carrier.
