They took a long time to respond to my inquiries to parts that had been processing for weeks. It may have just been because it was during the holidays, so I'll give them a pass for that. They did refund for the products that hadn't shipped yet when I requested it without any hassle.
As for the stuff that was in stock when I order, I'd usually get them within a week. Good stuff, some of the best prices amongst most other retailers (RCA Garage is usually the only other place that's cheaper on some parts, but their website is obnoxiously bad).

My saga continues, unfortunately. The manufacturer sent a new spoiler out from Taiwan Jan 29th via DHL. I kept checking the tracking and it said it was to be delivered Feb 5th. When that didn't happen, I checked the tracking and on Saturday, it said the package was being held in Henderson, CO. I checked the tracking again on Sunday to see if there was any movement, and the tracking updated to say that the package was delivered on Feb 5th and signed for by me. They lie. So now I have no idea what to do... obviously this is not the fault of RSD, but I shouldn't have had to deal with this to begin with. I ordered a part a month and a half ago and am still left with a damaged part. Guess it's time to contact Amex since it's been 3 days now with no response from RSD. They have unfortunately lost my business for the foreseeable future at this point.
