Default Annapolis Subaru (Fantastic)

Just picked up my 2018 Sti Limited from Erik Wangdahl (Sales) and Joe (Finance). Process was smooth and the majority of it I did online which is awesome! A big perk is Joe has a 2018 sti "and is a heavy modder" so I could pick his brain on some questions that I have never been able to do before at a dealship. Just overall a great, very quick experience.

100% recommend!

Rather than making a new thread, I figured I would add this here. I purchased a car from Annapolis Subaru and it was also a spectacular experience-like Maveric, I was really impressed how I could ask platform-specific performance questions and the salespersons had very specific answers (quite of few of them drive STIs). The pricing we agreed upon was very pleasing, the financing was easy and straightforward, the closing process was simple with no surprises, and everyone at the facility was very friendly.

The dealership clearly also has an understanding when it comes to knowing the needs and preferences of those purchasing performance-oriented Subarus...rather than just drilling and mounting my license plate on the front bumper, they first asked me whether I wanted them to do this or whether I wanted to mount the front plate using the tow screw. This was very nice because I did want to mount using the tow screw, I forgot to bring this up with all the excitement of purchasing the car, and their decision to first ask me this rather than just proceeding ahead avoided putting holes in the bumper unnecessarily. Not many other dealerships go to that length, but a small detail like that says a lot about the dealership as a whole.

My family bought two 2016 Subaru Outbacks for my dad and sister from Annapolis Subaru in 2016. The dealership experience was very smooth and the salesman Ed Rucker was fantastic, he gave my family a great deal on both vehicles and answered every question without any hesitation. I have been taking both vehicles to Annapolis for service the past two years even though its 45 minutes away and theres a Subaru dealer only 15 minutes away but does not compare in quality and professionalism as Annapolis Subaru.

Just had three visits for various test drives in the last few months; they're still a great dealership to work with. Far better than Wilkins in Glen Burnie (where a salesman argued with me over not liking a car feature!).

We have unfortunately decided against buying any current Subaru, but that definitely wasn't the fault of Annapolis Subaru.
