Default '04 WRB Rex w/Gunmetal Actions

Currently at 150 miles. Let the mods begin.

What to do you guys think? Be kind as this is only my first mod besides the sideskirts. I know there's still a $hitload of wheel gap but this will be taken care of very shortly...right Paisan? Also in the works is window tinting, a Prodrive WR muffler, & a UK300 rear spoiler. I also plan to get a TXS stealthback + uppipe (after break-in), JDM OEM body kit, and plenty other goodies

I appreciate all the positive comments guys. It's amazing what painting the skirts and getting some rims can do the appearance of the car. Also, from what I've seen from other rides here,WRB seems to go well with any color rims (big ups to Subydude BTW!). I will keep updating you guys as soon as I get those other mods. One question though...I already bought the UK300 spoiler and it is painted and ready to be mounted except for the harness. However, I'm growing to like the stealth look of the car without any spoiler more and more. What do you guys think?

hey i just got the a WRB 04 also, and want to paint the side skirts. Did you paint them yourself or get the facotory ones. If you painted them yourself, do u not paint the rubber part or take it off?

Piker 28-Prodrive UK300 Spoiler:

The wings not actually on yet. I just set it on there to see how it looks.

Focus4-I had my skirts painted afterwards by the bodyshop of the dealer I purchased from. I went the dealer route cause I knew they wouldn't mess up matching colors. I got them and the spoiler above painted for $250. I did remove the strip before I had them painted but it doesn't really show once on your car. Other's here have had success painting the strip but I suggest you just take it off and put it back on after it's painted.

i uhh think the wing looks horrible

i personally wouldnt put it on the car, but its not my car its yours, but the whole stealth look would be slaughtered

My thoughts - and keep in mind that these are just my personal opinions...

The WRB WRX looks nekkid without a spoiler, but that UK300 looks ricey to me. If it were my '04 WRB WRX, I'd look at a different spoiler, but not the factory low-profile one like what's on the '02 & '03 - that wouldn't look too good.

Just my opinion... but nice ride!

i really like the spoiler, plus its functional. if it wasnt functional then id call it rice, but since it serves a purpose, i say nay to rice and yay to keeping it.

that UK300 spoiler ruins the car.

get the 22b or new STi style spoiler and it would look mint!

then all you have to do is get the JDM lights (without the amber bits) and get rid of these teeeeeny fogs for the Euro/JDM version.

ahhhhhh modding!

Thanks for all the replies. I'm surprised more people don't like the wing but I am very appreciative for all the honest opinions. I just don't know at this point, especially since I already bought this thing. I don't like the factory or the STI spoiler so those are out. This is really the only spoiler I've seen that I've liked but I agree that it definitely kills the stealth look. I have to admit it does look pretty sweet in person though. Another thing is that it will be, pardon the cliche, "my unique ride" and hopefully the only one like it. What I'll probably do is wait until it's lowered and tinted and see what it looks like then. I can always put the thing on but it's always harder to take it off. Maybe I'll wait until I can back "the look" up with some more power. Or maybe I'll sell it. Please keep the comments coming guys. BTW, do you guys notice something a little different:

Good choice on wheels, you can't go wrong with gunmetal(that's what I have ). As for the spoiler, I think it looks ok. It's definitely different than what you usually see out there, and as long as you're liking it, then that's all that really matters. I'm sure it looks a lot better in person.

Sweet ride man. Dont waste your money on JDM headlights, just clear the amber out of the ones on the car, that is if thats your style. I think that would look awesome.
