Default RallySport Direct's 2014 FR-S(Cosworth, Rocket Bunny)

When we received our FR-S, we had some really big plans for it, but like some things in life it does not always go exactly how you had planned, but that is not always a bad thing. This car ended up becoming our SEMA car along with our STI, so we had to do things a bit differently that we had planned. This meant that we could not track it as often as we wanted to, nor even drive it like we wanted to. We must keep the car in good condition and free from damage, and I suppose that's okay haha, but I do feel like this car just begs to be driven. We are planning on taking the car to SEMA in 2016 and we will need to find a way to make it different and also stand out from last years car. Join us along our journey to another crazy SEMA!

Let's go back in time briefly. Here is how it all started!

The car was delivered to us with 45 Miles, an empty tank of gas, and was just incredibly filthy from the journey. Good start right?

So First things first, we need to give it a good scrubbing.

Without so much as a proper drive, I pulled it into the shop, getting ready to tear it apart. I wanted to make sure it started it's life with us as a proper widebody car

More updates to come!
Thanks,
Rick

Just wanted to post up a quick update of what I was working on yesterday.

I should be able to get it all bolted in today. I am so stoked to have a proper LSD in the car!

Thanks,
Rick

We have had a bunch of requests for the Nameless ECU bracket, so I went ahead and installed one The coating on this thing is awesome, almost like a hard satin, it's a bit hard to describe.

Thanks,
Rick

Well I am back from SEMA and my brain is feeling mostly back from normal. What an amazing week and it was truly an honor to be working with Cosworth on this project!

Thanks,
Rick

I truly am very lucky to be able to build cars like these as my job. It's been an amazing journey from stock to where it is at now and I'm really excited to see what else we do with and to this car.

Thanks,
Rick

Random fact of the day, the car weighs in at 2860 LBS with a bit over half a tank of fuel.

Thanks,
Rick

When we had the BRZ we had a different direction in mind, and we wanted to build a more track oriented car, so we started with a clean slate and bought the FR-S.

Thanks,
Rick
