I purchased the HKS Hi-Power cat-back from them 4 weeks ago and I love the product and service. From the moment I arrived until I departed I was greeted with a warm smile and kind service. I called them 45 minutes before I made the drive to Draper Utah and they had the exhaust ready upon arrival. They had products on display in their office lobby and employee cars outside you can glance at. I give them 5 out 5 stars for amazing service. They also have a YouTube channel with 630 over videos.

I've also had good experience with rallysportdirect, they even helped facilitate a warranty replacement for whiteline tie rods when one of them failed, and that was outside of the warranty period, although I had documentation from an auto repair shop that the failure happened within the warranty period. I had bought the kit with 2 outer tie rods and 2 ball joints, one of the tie rods failed within warranty period and they sent me 2 new tie rods. They also have a live chat on their website during business hours. Ace shop.

From my experience, they're one of the top online vendors in business today.
I bought an X-Force catback exhaust from them, which had the wrong clamp in the kit. The supplier changed to a cheap-ass clamp without notifying RSD. They responded to my complaint immediately and hooked me up to ensure the problem was taken care of. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Highly recommended! |

Also had a good experience. Ordered an intake from them a while back, arrived without a filter. Contacted them, and they immediately overnighted me a filter.
Just ordered new rotors from them, too. The packaging was less than desirable, and beat to ****, but the rotors aren't damaged and their bags are still sealed. So no complaints. Will absolutely be doing business with them again! Last edited by fl1p; 08-23-2016 at 06:14 PM. |

+1 for RSD. Recently ordered some Motul differential oil, and one leaked in transit. Got a replacement rolling that same day, and shipped out the next (free of charge).

Had my first purchase with RSD recently and it went pretty flawless. Ordered a catback on a Sunday, got a "shipped" notice the same day and arrived at my doorstep that Wednesday.
My only complaint would be within 24 hours of the order I started getting marketing emails. Of course I immediately opted out but was a bit off-putting that I was getting advertised to before my first item even came. |

RSD charged me 3 times for 900$ coilovers
I recently purchased some of the ISC N1 coilovers from Rally Sport. They where on back order but I wasn't concerned because they are usually really good with there costumer service. Fast forward to last Friday. I get the charge for the coils. Cool no worries there I was expecting it. Fast forward to today... I get another charge from them. Okay mistakes are made no worries. I give them a call and am told the charge is being refunded. SWEET! 2 hours go by and I'm charged again... WTF! I call them back. They apologizes and say that I have been reimbursed for the 2 charges and should see the money in my bank by the end of the week. End of the week!? Sorry that's 2700 dollars I'm out right now and its Monday the end of the week does not work for me at all.
I talk to Megan the manager after I have a conversation with my bank. She tells me because of the conversation with the bank my account will be frozen and she will not ship the product I paid for. I have been charged 2 times from them the last 5 times I ordered but it was only 20$ here 50$ there not 900. Not sure if this has happen to any one else but I'm done with them. |

Do Yourselves A Favor And Never Order From Subispeed, Their Site May Look Pleasing And All But They Have One Of The Most Horrible Customer Service Of All Times. They Do Not Even Answer Their Phone Or Emails For Customers, They Also Charge Up To 20% Return Fee For Their Merchandise. I Ordered A Seibon Carbon Fiber Spoiler For My Wrx And It Has Been A Whole Month Without My Item Or Any Answer From Them.

90% of the reviews of RSD seem to be full of praise. I'm in the 10% I guess. Ordered a radiator and various whiteline bearings. It arrived on my door step three days after I ordered it. That's the only good part.
Radiator had been repackaged and had scratches on the mounting tabs. The whiteline bags on one set of bushings was torn open. I contacted them and they said they don't accept returns. I told them obviously they did since I got already opened products. After that they stopped responding. Filed a claim with PayPal to see if that got their attention. Nope, nothing. After a week, I had the option of getting 100% refunded by PayPal. Lucky for RSD I decided to just close the claim and not take my money back. That experience makes it really hard to trust them again despite all the praise I see for them all over the place. |

I’ve never had anything but positive experiences with Rally Sport Direct whether on the phone or via email. They went out of their way to get an order shipped out late the same day for me when I needed it before a tune. Great folks in my book.

Probably my last order from RSD
Bought all the Group N mounts, shifting linkage mount and bushings which was listed as "In Stock" last Tuesday and paid 100+ for shipping. Waited 3 business days and no updates on the order. Emailed them, waited over the weekend and just today gotten a reply from them saying the Tranny mount is out of stock. Really?!?! Normally I wouldn't make much of a fuss but the website boasted about having real time updates of stock inventory and I had to emailed them for them to actually inform me its out of stock. Seriously? it takes so long for RSD workers to press a few buttons on the keyboard to check something is out of stock. Best part about all this is the auto-generated email saying your order is being processed finally gets sent out after 1+ week of ordering. So much for turbocharging your website RSD, must be a huge turbo to have that much turbo lag.

Bought a Tomei TI exhaust from RSD recently had some shipping/lead time quirks they had to fix..right after my exhaust finally did ship I got a text talking about 10% summer sale. Eddy C was nice enough to give me a gift card for the difference in the sale price and what I paid for my Tomei. Really friendly support and much appreciated.

I recently placed an order through them when they had a 10% off promo. I ordered coils and led c lights. The coils shipped fast but the c lights didn't update the status. When I reached out to them they were able to fix the issue and I got my parts quickly. I would shop with them again. They might be a little slow to respond to PM's but my phone calls and emails were answered in a reasonable time.

I've purchased many products from RallySport Direct. I've only had good experiences and shipping has always been quick. My most recent purchase was Whiteline end links. When my installer attempted to install them, they were the wrong ones. I called RallySport Direct, explained the situation and was credited the cost of the wrong endlinks. No hassles at all, even though the bag the endlinks was in had obviously been opened when my installer attempted to install them. I would recommend RallySport Direct to anyone.

Currently getting ripped off by RSD
Ordered the Kicker speaker upgrade kit for $249.99. I received the tweeter kit which goes for $119.99 on their website oddly enough because it's $99.99 everywhere else....
Called and spoke to Johnny ... he basically just kept me busy on the phone for 15 minutes until they closed and then he made up an excuse for me to send a photo and then he would call me back with a confirmation but he actually just went straight home. Call back again today and have sent numerous emails.... Waiting on some person in charge to give him the okay to resolve the issue.... Why is he in customer service if he can't make decisions on issuing refunds when the evidence is clear and cut and dry? Will be updating if they ever call me back but I can tell you this I probably won't ever order from them again because that Johnny guy is a few bolts short of a complete machine. |

Live chat doesn't work. Hard to have an order corrected via email due to abysmal response time. Likely going to take my business elsewhere if I can somehow manage to get verification that my orders can be canceled. Edit: Nobody else I have dealt with is as "backed up". I don't quite know how to feel about my latest experience with RSD. First of all, the cart on their website kept doubling my total, even after trying another browser and computer all together. I had to call my order in, no big deal, and they were super helpful. The order came quick and everything seemed packaged correctly until I opened the CF spoiler I purchased... it seemingly wasn't wrapped properly from the manufacturer as the box was in great condition, but a corner was popping out of the internal wrapping. Sure enough when I unwrapped everything, there's a chip right on the top where the corner was protruding out of the internal wrapping. No big deal I figured RSD would make it right and send another out right away and send an RMA for this one.... NOPE!
I submitted the online claim and someone replied within a couple hours, even on a Sunday. They asked me to submit pictures back so I replied to the email and never heard back. I called today, waited on hold for 27 minutes, and finally Tylo answered. He mentioned I sent the images to just their general email... I simply replied to the email sent to me, though. Unfortunately, since it seems this was a manufacturer error, they have to reach out to the manufacturer and see how they want to handle this. So here I am with a damaged part keeping me from getting the car wrapped and ceramic coated because RSD wants to pin the tail on the manufacturer. I get it... but I paid for an item from your store and now I have to wait here twiddling my thumbs for the manufacturer to now also get involved, and I don't think this is how business should be conducted. So, Tylo was great and helpful and just following company procedures, but if I buy a product from your store and it arrives damaged, own it and deal with the manufacturer yourself and just keep your customers happy and moving along. I'll likely order from them again, everyone I have spoken with has been helpful, I just don't like their policy here. |
