Default P0102 every 3-5 days

Anyone struggle with a P0102?

I can drive it for 3-5 days then the light comes on and it stalls and won’t start. Sometimes I can clear the code and it runs fine again for another 3-5 days. Other times I have to unplug the maf sensor because the cel won’t clear. Plug it back in eventually, clear the code and I’m good to go.

It seems like there is some fluctuations in boost pressure. I live in the northeast so some days are colder then others (not sure that’s why it does it).

The voltage and values seem to be fine when using a scan tool. Even when moving the harness and maf plug. I have tried 3 different maf sensors. Tried a aftermarket and factory intake. All intake joint are seems without leaks. I’ve cleaned it he maf and map sensors. Right now there are no modifications and no tunes other then a cat back.

If you've tried 3 different MAF sensors, I would say that the problem is with wiring between the MAF and ECU, or the power wire between the MAF and the main fuse box. It could be a poor connection at the MAF harness, at the ECU, or at the fuse box, or a damaged cable.

Check the connection at the ECU, since you haven't done this yet. Disconnect and reconnect. See if this fixes the issues.

Check the connection at the fuse box that connects to the main relay.

Since it's an intermittent issue, it may be difficult to diagnose a bad cable or a bad harness connection with a multimeter. You might just want to replace them with new ones.

How cold is the weather when this happens? I've had an issue with my MAF readings going really wonky for a few seconds while cruising in really cold weather (colder than -25C). It didn't throw a CEL, but it was probably the same issue. It could be a MAF itself malfunctions in really cold weather.
