Reliable and 100% noticeable in daily driving. Want more power than that? Stage 2 is looking pretty reliable with some of these long term stage 2 fa20dit's running around. Passed that, just grab yourself a built block. |

added my data as well:
2017 WRX with 25k miles. Accessport (MAP stage 1) for the last 10k. zero issues rarely get -1.41 false knock reading- otherwise, nothing to report been on a few roads trips as well, 12 hours straight from DC to Chicago. I love this car |

I second noobultimatum's suggestion for the group n trans mount. I also recommend a shifter stop and bushing if you haven't already. They make a huge difference in shifting and drivetrain slop. It changes the driving experience. Last edited by WRXnick16; 09-01-2019 at 12:28 PM. |

35,800 miles at the moment.
At about 22,000 I got an accessport with themaperformance stage 1 93 ots map. Before my protune I installed a verticooler and awe catback At about 31,000 I did an IAG AOS STREET SERIES, T.S EGR DELETE, IBR FULL TGV DELETES, GRIMMSPEED EBCS, COBB BIG SF+ INTAKE, NEW OEM PLUGS and got a BRENTUNE PROTUNE. 323WHP 318WTQ on SHELL 93. Car runs amazing with the protune and i will use nothing less than shell 93 fuel. It ran great with the maperformance 93 tune but it got finicky when the summer heat came through even with the verticooler. Just had too much cruise knock for my liking even though it was minor numbers. Ive changed the oil with penzoil ultra platnum by the 3k mark sometimes as low as 2k if I had been driving extra hard which tends to happen probably overkill on the oil changes but i dont care.. Ill also add i wait tothe car gets to an oil temp of 125 before taking off gently and 180 oil temo before getting into boost more than like 5psi. I also will not floor it unless its in the kowest gear possible (no engine lugging) |

Anyone know if they stopped making Longblocks for 2015 wrx? I have a new shortblock being put in under warranty, SOA rep said they don't make longblocks anymore wanted to check if that is true. Anyone here familiar?
