Default Idle Climb Built 04 WRX

I have an 04 WRX. 05 STi drivetrain, 2.5 bottom end, 2.0 heads, 2150cc injectors, blouch 3.5 xtr, speed density. The ECU is from an 02-03 WRX to use car berry and SD without Cobb. With all that in mind, let’s get to the problem. My idle climbs up to about 2k rpm max. I have swapped IACV from a spare manifold, same problem. Cleaned both and tried both, same problem. We boost leak tested intake and found no leaks. I have a ton of slack on the cruise cable. Tomorrow I’ll be trying a known good IACV in order to see if that helps. If it does not, what else could be wrong as far as tables in 16 bit Cobb? Any bit of info will help. Thank you.

Oh and requested idle is 1000 rpm. Fueling is appropriate.

My 05 sti climbed while idle as well as the temp. I took back to tuner and he did some tuner things and fixed it.
