Default New clutch slipping need help.

My clutch strangely got worn out at 36k.
I took it apart and indeed the plate was worn and the flywheel had gotten grooved.

I just replaced with all OEM, but it still seems to be still slipping
12342AA110 Flywheel
30100AA883 Clutch
30210AA690 Pressure Plate
30502AA121 Release Bearing

I have double checked the parts they seem all correct. The boxes in which the parts came have the same numbers. I took off the starter and looked at the pressure plate by rotating the flywheel and all around its nice and flush to the flywheel. The bolts were all torqued to spec.

I realize I will have to drop the transmission again but I just dont understand what could have gone wrong and why it would be slipping. Any ideas would be appreciated as I dont know what to check for when i drop it.

Update:
Seems like the fork is not sitting on the right pivot spot idk how i did that... I think i should be able to partially disassemble (pull the transmission a little back without fully dropping it) and move the fork onto the pivot ball.

Thanks!

Resolved:
The issue was the fork not sitting correctly on the pivot ball. Note to self always check the fork right after tightening the transmission the engine. It should sit in the middle and have some free play. Mine was fully pushed forward.
I fixed it by just removing all the transmission to engine bolts and letting it crack open a little, then i was able to just hand move the fork into correct location. The clutch is super light now, no slipping, no noises. I may have to go back in and change the axle seals as i think i beat them up too much pulling the axles in and out.

I just spent way too much time on the phone with Exedy about a new clutch setup slipping. Their tech support claims that most subarus that experience a slipping clutch after a new clutch install, usually have an issue with the transfer case or a broken axle. Worth checking the other parts too.

Sounds like BS to me.
Do you have any idea how many posts there would be if that were true?
More than once alleged trained " Techs " have dispensed wrong / bad info. This sounds like another case of same.

Never had that issue with two different brand name, brand new clutches.

Having had that issue once on another car.
The culprit was the wrong throw-out bearing.
