I don't mean to sound horrible here man but you sound a bit out of your depth here. The boost controller being setup incorrectly, the mention of how it knocks like crazy when you've got a race fuel tune and then fill it with pump fuel, now a melted piston...
I again don't mean to sound awful but the knocking when you use pump fuel on a race fuel tune for example is a very, very basic thing to understand/know is going to happen. So far you've killed at least one engine, perhaps take it to a decent tuner, write them a check, come back to a car that's completely sorted? |

This Is one of my goals to do a stroker. I cant wait to be in the position to do something like this. My car is gonna be a long term project for my daughter and I but one day.

You can do them cheaply with a stock EJ255 crank and rods, then your choice of stroker piston.
