EDIT: Its actually the 30amp circuit breaker from Summit Racing's hardwire kit that's going bad.
Ran into this exact issue with the summit kit. Breaker is marked 30A, worked fine while it was feeding an walbro 255, but would trip with the hellcat.

Did you replace it with another auto reset breaker or fuse?

Nice work! This may work for me.

I have a 450 in-tank feeding directly into -8 all the way to the rails. OEM sending is now return. on a 60mm turbo I'm hitting 577whp @31PSI with id1700, but over working the injectors. I log FP via TGV and I see pressure start to drop off at about 5200 RPM. So the injectors are getting up to 100% to compensate and keep AFR in check, not a good situation..... When I rigged up the bucket to take the 450lph and -8 straight out of the bucket, I also added a pick-up extension and capped the OEM outlet. So now I can run a second external or move to a 525 in-tank, or both.

Do you log fuel pressure or see anything that makes you think the 525 may be on the edge at this power level? Is your pump hard wired? I'm looking for >600whp. Thanks for sharing your information.

I didn't Log it unfortunately, I asked tuner during tune if he thought the pump was running out of juice and he he said no. I also the injector were at 85% duty. Yes I have 2x pumps both hardwired to battery. 1x 450 intank feeding the radium surge tank that has the 525 pump.

Good luck brotha!

Thanks man. If you get a chance to log FP during a pull, please share. I know what wrong looks like, it would be nice to see what right looks like.

***128514; someone noticed ! I plug that into oem boost controller harness so I wouldn’t throw any codes. I guess tunner probably could’ve disabled it but I forgot to ask. It’s running off of turbosmart eboost 3 maps. Wastegate 15.8 psi 402 whp, 23 psi 500 whp, 30 psi 586 whp. And I can change maps
On the fly in the cabin with gauge ***128520;

I hardwired myn to the battery. The pump won’t last as long but I had a random drop in voltage/fuel pressure On the dyno, so it was my best option.
