Random but I finally measured my water meth output at the nozzle.
I tried DO3, 4 and 5 nozzles with my old Snow 40220A pump, which is a 300 psi pump but I understand they turn it down to something like 200(?) psi from the factory. Either way it's at the factory setting.

So very simple, DO3 was 150ml a minute
DO4 was 200 ml a minute
DO5 was 250 ml a minute.

Honestly I'm not sure what the right size nozzle is. I was getting bogged down definitely with both #5 and also #4 if I recall right. I don't remember the full details of when I had it coming on initially. I'm using the 3 now but it seems too small on paper...

Any thoughts as to these flow rates?
Is there a guideline of water meth flow rate compared to fuel flow rate or air flow rate?

Any thoughts on max power we can do on 93 octane + say 50/50 water meth (I'm assuming a stock casting head EJ25 4 cylinder here and not revving to the moon)? Can we make 400, 450, 500? My guess is the limit is somewhere in the 400s . Thoughts?

I mean with a large enough turbo and enough revs....

Assuming you're on a respectable turbo, intercooler and good injectors; I'd say probably 450-500 assuming 7k redline and nothing fancy. Also depends on dyno.

Has anyone moved their IAT sensor POST water meth to get better IATs.
I was watching this video

It is pretty clear that it takes a fairly decent amount of water meth to bring IAT down significantly. But if you don't know what the IAT is then you're basically guessing. Meanwhile the ECU is pulling timing based on Pre-meth IATs (mine is currently POST IC but Pre water meth).

I assume I can just take my GM IAT and put it downstream in the intake mainfold somewhere?

Once we determine what Post-Meth IAT's are then, we can tell the stock ECU to pull Lots of timing if the IAT exceeds that much so it acts like a fail-safe if the water meth system is broken or clogged....

The other take away from this video is
1) that you have the pull a lot of fuel from the ECU to get AFRs back to normal numbers (11:0+) or you will just be losing power.
2) Run 50/50 methanol (or more?) in the mixture . Meth will reduce power less and cools basically just as well as more water. Anything that is more water than 50/50 is a reduction in power compared to 50/50.

So I've got a sohc with pretty big cams and a large supercharger that does about 20psi at 7400rpm. I'm really hoping to see at least 400whp but I think my tune is way off with ignition timing. I think I might need water meth and Boostane or Torco to make it work.
