Do your CDs include procedures or just parts? I need a scan of the page(s) that show how to remove/replace EJ20K heads (bolt order, torque, etc.)

I think your best bet is the silicone chinese/auzzy boot that Jaxx is using.http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll..._promot_widget
I doubt we can get the stock one here. I currently am running a USDM WRX pipe with some refabbed connections, its not going to be there long.

For that I have othe CDs, but the EJ20G head bolts are torqued down exactly the same as the US EJ25D.

Clearly no covers, and specifically for the STI type RA.

That number starts with 34685, and that's where my JDM parts CD stalls: if there aren't any different part numbers, but just a single one, it doesn't show the number, instead I get an error message (in Japanese). Sorry.

As for EJ20K STI headgaskets:

11044AA463, the reinforced STI gasket for the EJ20K.

Jaxx says the EJ20K head gasket is -355 (1.37mm), Marnix says it's -463 (.8mm)--which is correct?

The standard 'K' gaskets are 1.37mm composite gaskets, 11044AA355.

On some 'K' (STI?) engines the gaskets are 1.37mm metal gaskets, 11044AA463.

Sorry for the confusion.

all the number in that post are from marnix

since -355 is available and -463 is not, your choice is obvious

Besides, 11044AA463 and 11044AA483 are different part numbers and different parts.

part number for the plastic ends on the fuel injectors. I am not quite sure what they are called. They are like little plastic fuel injector condoms...I can get a picture if that doesn't make sense.
