Default Where's the ECU??? [n00b question]

I know this is a n00b question but If I were to pull the ECU out of my car ['o2 wagon] where would I find it and what do I need?
a screw driver?

Passenger side floor board. I think you need a 10mm socket to take the cover off to get to the ECU.
