So the DVD's are going to salvation army and the backups will be lost in the bit bucket.

I used to have a fantastic window seat. Plenty of natural light. Even had a prolific office plant. Then I had to move. I haven't seen day light in three years.

Worked in an office without windows for 8 years. New job, office with no windows for 2 years. They moved me to an office in the front of the building with lots of windows. I have all the blinds closed.

Mrs. Lag has had her iPhone 7 for months and only just realized, after having to google it, that it doesn't have a headphone jack.

I worked in an office in a basement yesterday and when I finally went home I felt like a mole person stepping outside, "what is all of this... light!?"

I realized my opinion on dogs, having not had any desire to be around much less a dog owner, had changed when Mrs. Lag asked me one day if I could get a dog what would I get. I said, "border collie" and she said that is basically taking the two dogs we had that she brought into the relationship and making one slightly larger dog out of them. Basically I subconsciously came to"them, but maybe just one" having had thought about before she asked the question... also a sign my opinion had changed.

I suggested we get our last one stuffed and keep him in his bed and move it around to where we are since it would be like he was still here since he mostly just chilled in one of his four beds and just watched us without moving anything other than his eyes.

Wal-Mart could save money on security staff by live streaming their CCTV feeds and allowing citizen police to alert the store to suspicious activities. If I could get away with it I would suggest they allow the viewers to have PA access to call out suspicious people knowing that it would just quickly descend into hilarity.

And aren't all cars luxury cars?

I don't think I've seen a Dodge/Plymouth Neon in years. Honestly can't recall seeing a Caliber in recent history.

They are all in junk yards or they are now cubes.

Their message boards are ghost towns. I think their owners got tired of correcting people. "It's not a Neon. It's a SRT4."

Depressingly PT Cruisers seem to be kept alive maybe so current and future generations wont repeat the mistakes of the past. Didn't they just get discontinued?

My neighbor's kid, mid 20'ish, has one and my heart cries a little each time she visits. Thankfully the dad traded his in on a Prius.

I have people that I'd consider close friends but I have never met their significant other.

Mrs. Lag has a step son, his dad isn't alive, that she is basically a mother to still that I've never met.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm a ****ty person since I've never really attempted to meet these people or if it's because of the weekend hobo bashing I do. Considering the yard stick, or if you're a commie a meter stick, of humanity's ****tiness is so incredibly high that my bit of being a horrible person prolly doesn't make it up much near a half inch, 12.7mm, mark. Meh, I keep the karma in balance helping old ladies.

It seems the fit and finish on the majority of "body kits" for car is garbage. Recently I noticed people making it sound as if it's intentional coining terms like "rough look", alright, champ. At least it takes the pressure off trying to get replacement body panels lined up perfectly since the gaps there compared to what seems to be much of the aftermarket body mods are Bentley tight and consistent.

If it's in a tub it's going to be far more effort than I'm willing to put in to get it out of the tub and into a bowl. Maybe one of the few times being a lazy **** is good for health.

I never found Dilbert cartoons much less the show at all funny. Then I began working in an office environment and after however many odd years later I still don't find Dilbert funny. It just makes me upset and sad how accurate it always was.

Scott Adams is a legitimate psycho.

I don't think you understand the spirit of this thread.

I wouldn't suggest any private citizen make a recorded threat (or any) against POTUS, any, without being ready to clearly state your story to a handful of investigative federal agencies and hope they find the humor in it as much as you claim you weren't like, totally serious and wouldn't hurt a fly. "What's in the large gun safe in the basement? Art supplies, yeah, that's the ticket."

The porn thing, I like porn, I'm happy we live in a world and culture that allows it generally and I sing the praises of an internet full of it and every single kind you could ever want and a great many kinds you'd wish lobotomies were an exact science so you could purge your mind of them. I don't claim to understand people so it continues to baffle me why/how someone would want to watch porn at work. It goes on to baffle me that it seems to be general knowledge at this point in time that almost anything done on a computer can be tracked and any corporate computers I've used tend to have explicit rules and warnings about what they consider "proper use" and if not outright say use is monitored they heavily hint at it.

"But I cleared my history!" Good for you, champ, you tried. Be smarter next time and DL your porn at home to a USB drive to use at work. Stick that dirty dirty usb drive in the hole, yeah, it likes it and spread those viruses the old fashion way like your dad used to do.

Isn't this why phones got bigger and data plans went unlimited? So you don't have to download pron on your work laptop?

And really, who needs pron in HD, anyway?

There's a fetish for everything. I like my porn somewhere between 240p and 480p. Anything sharper than that and it's just gross.

About 9 years ago Mrs. Lag's sister bought us the first season of Flight of the Concords on DVD. Never had heard of them before that and the show was the right amount of pointlessness and humor for me.

Two'ish years ago I got wedged into a work situation that was slowly driving me to a point that living under a bridge was beginning to be a better option to keep the last bit of humanity I had. I credit watching/listening to Flight of the Concord songs at work as being the only thing that got me through that experience. That and various laws generally making harming others illegal.

My eyes are unusually sweaty today.
