So not blood...as said in the bible. Were the laws of nature different back then? How did the algae bloom effect ALL the water in Egypt? Has it ever happened again? Why would god want to kill all the fish? Aren't all creatures sacred?

It's alright. It's alright. It's all right. She moves in mysterious ways.

It was actually Jesus's first spring break of college in Pelusium Beach and he did his famous "water to wine" trick on the Nile.

That week was ****ing lit!

One of the many lessons of the gospels. I can't answer a lot of why's but I only know it was for God's own glory.

God isn't a man like us, His image is that's why we look like Adam as he was made in God's image.

It's back under the mantle. Once again thanks to science we have more proof that the stories of the Bible can be confirmed as possible.

No clue brother. Again I'm a pretty rational guy, I love science, but I wasn't there so I can't tell you but my rational brain wants to believe that like the flood story there could be something reasonable to explain the phenomenon's of the Bible. Like above, where could enough water come from to flood the whole earth? Thanks to science we now have some rational possible explanation.

Now let's talk about the Big Bang. I believe in the BB. I believe there was an explosion of all the matter in the universe. I believe what science tells us is that the smallest units of an atom in all matter are bonded by frequencies. This why the Bible records that God "said" let there be... I doesn't say he blinked or plucked things out of thin air, He spoke creation into existence. Speaking...is nothing more than....than frequencies.

Of all the power in the universe and the Son of God's first miracle was to create the best wine. What's not to love?

Which takes more faith, believing in supernatural creation that we have barely begun to grasp, or everything in the infinite universe came from nothing in a split of a second and somehow created life and consciousness. Chaos to consciousness has the same statistical concept of a tornado crashing through a junkyard and leaving behind a fully operational Boeing 747 complete with refined jet fuel.

I've seen a 747 in person and witnessed a tornado pass through my neighborhood in 1989.

So, I can "confirm as real" those two things.

The rest of your word salad is "10000 monkeys given 10000 computers". I don't expect Shakespeare but, if it happened, I would absolutely buy tickets to "Shakespeare in the Zoo"

Randomness and chaos will never lead to Shakespeare.

Let talk about the complexity of DNA...the Obama appointed director of the NIH wrote a book on it I believe.

Everything has always been and still is randomness and chaos. None of it has any meaning. We started from nothingness and to nothingness we all return. Everything in between is just noise, time, and slow rot.

It's really quite peaceful when you embrace the reality that none of any of this matters.

Default Ahh religion. Is there no bottom to your well of stupidity?

It’s actually more special to think we came out of randomness and complete chance than to believe something created us out of thin air

It is a good thing that Natural Selection is not random nor chaotic. Have you actually read any of Darwin's over 30 books, or even Cliff's Notes? To say randomness and chaos led to anything an animal created (ravens make tools) is just gaslighting about a strawman.

You might have a solid background with your specific flavor of Creationism, but you don't understand the basics of Natural Selection. I bet you think giraffes have long necks from trying to reach food, or that things that moved to darkness lost their eyes because they didn't need to see.

Man, I hate my crazy religious right wing neighbors sometimes...

Had a lady I've met maybe once or twice stop by to give condolences for my dad. In the middle of it starts going on about Chem Trails and how her church group is blaming Alzheimers on them and some other crazy ****

I flat out told her thats a load of baloney. I didn't tell her to eff off but man, going on some psychotic rant in the middle of offering condolences takes some nerve

Right - I'm with Thumper (and Chapstein) on this. If you believe a creator created the universe because it HAS to have a creator because it exists, then who created the creator? It just backs up the question a level.

Evolution isn't random. **** that works gets passed along... making it more likely that more **** works in a particular instance.
